Bus from Udon airport to Nong Khai

Post by mars » April 20, 2007, 2:43 am

I will be flying to Udon and understand that there are buses from the airport direct to Nong Khai can anyone confirm this for me.

Also can anyone tell me where the bus stop is at the airport.

Thanks

There is a Limousine bus service from UT Airport. Counter in arrival hall first right at exit. Price around Btt. 150 one way.

There are two services available upon arrival in Udon. One is a minibus which goes anywhere in Udon City for (I think) 60 baht and the other (still the same counter) is a minibus which goes to NongKhai and is indeed round about 150 baht.
You really cannot miss the counter - its next to the exit door !
The minibuses are small (and not exactly this years models) but its convenient I guess

don't expect an abundance of Taxis(cars) at udon airport, you may need to book at the booking counter as mentioned for a private hire car. look on this link also....
