If you want an Agency There is a travel office right across from Central

I would have to agree with ajsp9.
If I was going to use an agent in Udon then it would be @Here.
However for at least the last 8 years I have done all my travel arrangements myself, online.
In the case of BKK to Heathrow..
There are only 3 direct flights.
EVA air - to get the best price from EVA you either need to book about 3 months out or immediately before. Good airline but its 8pm. ish arrival time in London is a disadvantage.
British Airways - pretty jaded aircraft & attendants!! Can, sometimes, find a good price with them but need to continually check their web site.
Thai - way overpriced, but 2 flights a day offers time flexibility.
All the Middle-Eastern companies fly 1 stop routes. The stop-over times can vary considerably & the prices do too. Apart from the completely dry Kuwaiti airways I have always found the equipment, staff & service excellent. However you do now have to search for a bargain amongst them these days.
If you are looking for the cheapest option then it is probably, Sri Lanka, India or Turkish Airlines. However the stop over sites often leave a great deal to be desired & you are often stuck there for hours...
