Weekend in Jomtien

Post by sgt » September 19, 2024, 3:58 pm

Driving to Jomtien for weekend of offshore fishing in early Nov. Any recommendations for a good hotel in Jomtien with secure parking?

Lots of hotels as you would appreciate. Many are comfortable and location should depend on which location your fishing expedition heads off from. The Jomtien beach road is a one-way direction at the moment so what may seem a quick trip out may be longer if on the wrong end by having to travel south to get a soi to the road back towards Pattaya,
Range per night starting 2000 bht on beach, and around to 500 bht a bit further back from the water.

Download the simple to use Bolt Taxi app on arrival for cheap rides if you're venturing out for a few ales and tell your fish tales. I find Bolt better than Grab. November will begin to be busy on the roads. I think it's always busy compared to Udon traffic.
