Need A Rental Car !!

Post by bamboopaul » January 22, 2008, 6:46 pm

Hi Guys, I am returning to Udon for a few days (arrive 28th Jan), Firstly I need a Taxi from the airport and secondly a Rental car for a day or two.

Have tried Lek, they could not find my original booking by e mail, now they say they are fully booked !!

Can someone please direct me either by phone number or e mail to anyone who may be able to help....Thanks !!

Try Mali car-rent at the airport, or AVIS right next door both operations are situated inside of the airport near arrivals at udon. No need for a taxi into town either, pick-up and drop off at the airport.

Avis: 042-244770

Any suggestions on who to use for a long distance taxi from Udon (one-way)?

(Can't hire a car, because won't be coming back until a long time later and by a different route)

You can get one-way rentals from Avis if you prefer to drive yourself rj, if you are going to a place where they have an office to drop it off of course, would cost a few extra baht too.
I think Leks have cars + drivers too.

This would have to be a taxi, I am going out into the sticks and then crossing borders, hence I didn't want to leave a rental car unattended for a long time.

There is a guy that works out of Top Mansions (get him at the front desk) “Ning” can usually access car and driver at better rates then most. Is more flexible & can also take you over the border if you wish.
