No idea what it says, thee picture was put on the post so as to identify which surgery was being talked about.

The dentists talk English but the receptionists don't.
If you're lucky you caan get a walk in appointment if not they do have a booking system.

Have a read through the link for services and prices

Don't want to decry a place when I have only seen the trailer and not the main movie, but...

Went to the dentist near the prison after seeing positive comments on here as my tooth had broken. Surly bloke on reception lead me into a dental room which looked like something from the 1960s. Another guy came in and prodded for a bit and told me I needed to come back to have a cap fitted.

Made an appointment and reflected on it for a few days and decided to cancel as I have been to other dentists over here which appeared more modern and customer friendly.

Still have a broken tooth and still looking.

Tried implants once while on vacation in Phuket... not enough bone mass --> the implants came off. Need to smile again with my mouth open --> need denture. Any recommendations?

The Lady dentist at Wattana hospital is excellent. Don't even know she is in your mouth and speaks perfect English.

Have my doubts whether these two attributes qualify her for prosthondontics, i.e. the use of crowns, bridges and dentures.

First, consider that prothodontic dental care is still a niche in a country in which even very old persons do have most of their natural teeth. Dental care in Thailand is mainly fillings! Edentulousness wasn't much known in Thailand, compared e.g. with the infamous New Zealand of the past.

Second, this lead to the fact, that dentists educated in Thailand did not have much practical experience in prosthodontic care unless they had their university education abroad or heavily used continuous education.

Third, this let people either ask where the dentist got his dental training or they ask whether they followed up the specialty of prosthodontics thru participating in special courses of the dental materials factories of the West.

Please wear suitable clothing when attending a concert in Udon Thani. Slacks and short-sleeved shirts are ok, shorts, tank tops or muscle shirts are not.

Went there this morning after pain and discomfort in a rear fang for the last few days..................X-ray, two injections, tooth extraction which was rotten (no pain felt whatsoever), weeks course of antibiotics and pain killers (not really required as no subsequent pain). All done for 400 baht and the Lady Dentist spoke excellent English. Could not recommend her highly enough. Quoted 1500 baht for a front removeable denture to replace the one flushed down the 'kahzi' by junior five years go which is next to be arranged during an appointment next week. =D> :D

When I was in Bangkok, I only had Thantakit Intl as my go-to place for my dental treatments. Their facilities are top-notch and all of the dentists spoke English fluently. Not to mention that they provided a warranty for my implants. For minor dental treatments, I think it's fine to have it done locally. Otherwise, it's best to go to BKK for a major dental treatments. Just my 2 cents.
