your quickest way is to have a ultrasound scan at Bangkok hospital and a consult with cardio vascular doctor will propbably cost in region of 5000 THB if all comes up clear but the treatment will be very expensive if u are seen to have a DVT
the other option is the goverment hopital but there consultant only does a Friday consult so the only way to get to see him any other day is to get admitted and then get the tests done the treatment will be cheaper but if it turns out not to be DVT it will cost as much as the quick check at Bangkok hospital
