Clinic or nurse for injections
Clinic or nurse for injections
Anyone know a clinic or nurse where a person can get injections without getting the 3rd degree,? I usually take a testosterone Jab about every 3 weeks, in Pattaya of course this was never a problem & last time back there the BKK-Pattaya Hospital is even recommending it for over 50s (their own brand at an inflated price, on a 6 times a year schedule) here the few places I have gone to have looked at me in horror
I have no medical background and should not comment on the your reason for taking the injections.
In 1994 I was operated on for prostate cancer, the cancer was very agressive and about to spread through my body. I was 54.
I do know that prostate cancer thrives on testosterone and this cancer spreads fast for those under 55. Please be careful. There could be undetected cancer hiding in you.

Thank you for your thoughts Uncle Tom, I am well over 60 and yes everyone over 50 should get a PSA test at least once a year, testosterone treatment is now being recommended in medical centers in Australia, NZ, UK along with a lot of other medication that the body did naturally produce it self once, but diminishes with age. I hope you are a lot better now.
Thank you cookie I had tried the tablets, I really don

I am 50, fairly fit and healthy and take medication.
However, I have noticed my strength has reduced over recent years and my mood is not as upbeat as before - I think I am becoming a grumpy old man!!
I would be grateful if some of you more experienced people could tell me why you use Testosterone (or equivalent) i.e. what symptoms did you have; and what effect you get from the Testosterone.
I am due to have my annual in-depth medical and am considering asking my doctor for "hormones"
PS: an old joke.
Q: How do you make a hormone?
A: Dont pay her

Jai,
have you tried Aek Udon, the nurse that does the blood taking there is very good, no bruising left on arm, not like here in the UK. I am sure you could come to an arrangement with them there (or even direct with the employee?) if you want a professional to do it.
I had to take 2 injections everyday for 3 months, left arm, right arm, left leg, right leg, stomach rotation, suprising how used to it you get. I had a few bruises at times, but all OK, is it something you can't do yourself as BKKSTAN says above?
