Immigration And palliative care

Hy guys I'm looking for people with experience Of this.(Getting a feel Of what's about to come)
Before I contact immigration.
MY extentions Of stay based On marriage Will Run out in June.
.has anyone got an insight into this. I'm now bed bound The future's not good.
There's no time given (cept how Long is a piece of string.
Any experience Or direction's Will be appreciated
There's no possible way Of getting there

Sorry about your situation.

There is information online from Samut Prakan Immigration stating

If you are sick or receiving treatment at a hospital, you can send someone on your behalf to renew an extension of stay. But, you will need to get a doctor’s certificate to show the Immigration officer.

I don't know if that means, the person can get a new visa for 1 year for you, or you get only an extension for 90 days and you or your person have to show up again.
