The statement by Duidui is probably the best one, learn to listen to your body, as we age, aches and pains and little niggling things arise , learn to recognise them and treat accordingly. Finally learn to relax , chill, For example my phone is in do not disturb from 7 pm to 6 am, daily . Important friends can ring the rest can wait.
Here going to a doctor is stressful as one always questions whether the doctor is correctly diagnosing right so I always seek a second opinion and trust me the difference are sometimes staggering from one suggesting an expensive procedure to one staing no problems .
I have known friends who vigorously check their BP daily, take all the right foods etc and are constantly worried if it rises or dips too much. One word describes that STRESS .
As one said in the Military if the bullet has your name on it no matter what you do your day are done, same as life worrying too much will get you into an early grave . Just take care !!
