Having an MRI is standard with the good Doctors n Thailand - UK just catching up !
I was born with nothing and still have most of it left

its free in the UK so they need more scanners provided by wealthy philanthropists so handle the load

not sure you know but UK invented the MRI scanner as UK hospitals are free it takes time for them to be able to buy one, yes easy here as you pay!!!
