Chiropracticer
Chiropracticer
Are there any Chiropracticers in Udon . I do not mean the bone breaking massage ladies ,but a real practitioner who can reset and adjust .
I have a Chiropractor in Bangkok that I have used since 2000!I have not found one in this area.Dr,Don's clinic. He is located off of Sumkunvit Soi 23 about a block from "Soi Cowboy"!
If you have a chronic Lumbar situation,I would not recommend a Thai style massage,My experience is that the majority of Thai massage practitioners, learn by ''the numbers'' and give the massage that way, knowing very little about the actual ''workings of the body'',although I have experienced a couple of exceptions! They can easily worsen your situation.
I did have an acute sublaxation around my T-10/11 a couple of years ago in Nong Khai that a practicer of a Chinese type massage, using some ''minor'' type chiro moves, was able to set!She had helped a weight lifter friend of mine and I decided to give it a go prior to eating muscle relaxants and taking a train sleeper berth to Bangkok! She saved me the trip!
My chronic situation is usually centered around the Lumbar 5 region and the cervical region from a crushing of the disc in the lumbar at 13 and a couple of rear ended car wrecks, which aggravated the lumbar problems and added a permanent cervical problem(loss of natural curvature)!A massuese with knowledge of deep tissue massage is good for temporary relief of neck pain!
There are several chiropractors in Bangkok and there were a couple around Pattaya.I personally have used over 20 Chiropractors in my life and only found 4 that were effective in treating me!When my lumbar goes out I am completely debillitated until it can be properly treated. That is what kept me in Bangkok for 5 years!Couldn't find a Chiro in any other areas that might seem a better place to live!Fortunately,Udon and NongKhai are on the train line,so I only have to endure an overnight train ride to Bangkok!
If I can be of assistance, you have only to ask!
