Pills for Arthritis

Hi, i am coming back to Udorn with my Thai wife to live very soon and as i take several prescribed drugs for my Arthritis can anyone tell me where i might be able to get these in Udorn and what the cost might be.Maybe the climate and plenty of Chang beer will stop me having to take them
