Golf Club Locations

Can anyone give me any tips on finding the Sri Thani Golf Forests and Udon Golf Club courses?
I know roughly where they are located from the info on the Udon Map, but I was wondering if anyone could give me a few tips on local landmarks or buildings near the courses, so that I'm not driving around for 30 minutes trying to find them.
If anyone can e-mail me a roughly drawn out map, that would be brilliant.
