As it say a dangerous activity, can over ride your potential, or the bikes. Long rides ride fatigue is common on long rides. you have to adjust, to the fatigue. We just finished a ride Nakhon Sawan bike party, About 1,100 Klms total, over 500 on the way back. I learned a lot about the new Bike. I think my limit per day is closer to 350 per day, if I'm to get back on the bike the next day. All together the ride was over a three day period first two days I was fresh and not fatigued. An extra day in a hotel might be 700 baht and it's a safer in the long run.

The guy leading knew the roads and I trust his judgement. We went through the Nam Nao National park on the way home, really beautiful. It's only a few hundred Klms from here. Great for a bike ride and good for a car as well. I recommend a visit with a bike or a car.

If your going to ride you really have to respect the sport an no push things beyond your limits. It's still dangerous. But, riding in your limits make a little more safe.

It's the only social aspect of my life here, each of us have something in common, we like riding.

Sad to hear about the deaths.
