Gym in Udon with power rack?

Hello everyone,

In my epic quest to get fit and loose weight, I want to start weight training again. I used to run a program called strong lifts that consisted of squats, dead lifts, bent over rows, bench press and overhead press.

These movements are best performed with a power rack, can anyone recommend a gym in Udon that has decent free weights and a power rack?

Appreciate the help, and if anyone is up for training with my out-of-shape self, feel free to drop me a message.

Check with Glynn at The Englishman's Retreat - he has a gym there and may have what you're looking for.

I used to do years of weight training back in the day, all with a bar and a set of weights at home. Do you really need a gym?

They have a power rack at chorensi grand hotel 5th floor next door to complex our new centra shopping centre
