Earlier this year I was able to hire some clubs and played at Victory Park. I will be returning to Udon at the beginning of December and I want to know if I can do the same at Sri Thani and Udon GC. Are there any restrictions for playing at these clubs.

To answer your question about Sri Thani and Udon GC, the answer is no.
I do have a spare set of right handed clubs for hire. Nothing special but will enable you to play. Cost per week, 300 baht and a 1000baht deposit.
Proceeds go to the Udon Than Golf Society charity fund.

Can I hire clubs?
Many thanks Galee for your reply .. My brother and I will be in Udon between the 3rd and 6th December but not sure of our exact plans yet. However, I hope we can get a round in during that time.
