New Fitness Center in Udon
From the Clock to the Ring Road, you shouldn't have any trouble taking a bus. There is a regular and pretty consistent flow of buses along the roads that you would be taking.mapache wrote:I just arrived in Udon and this looks like a great place to workout. Does anyone have a phone number for this place? I don't have a vehicle, so how would I get to and from the gym from the Irish Clock? If it would be too difficult, is there another good gym by the Clock? Thanks for any input.
According to UdonMap, Bus 22 runs from Prajak Road to Phosi and to the Ring Road in the direction of Big Gym City. I'd try that one.
I only have fat guts. The rest of me is normal size.I just want lose this fat belly.
I am 66 years old.Is it too late to lose this fat belly?
Problem is most stomach exercises put pressure on the back.I have tried sit ups etc, but after I suffer a week with lower back ache!
Also I drink 3rd bottle whisky a day.If cut it down,(not stop!) would this make a difference?
Any advice please

You need some form of aerobic exercise. You can eat & drink (in moderation) anything you want. Forget about sit-ups or crunches. Fast paced walking for 45-60 minutes a day will help. I'm not talking about speed walking, but a good brisk walk to get the heart pumping. If just starting out go with 30 minutes a day every other day and then work your way up to 60 minutes every day. One lap around Nong Prajak is anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes depending on your pace. One lap around is 3K. If Nong Prajak to far, try Nong Bua lake.mortiboy wrote:I only have fat guts. The rest of me is normal size.I just want lose this fat belly.
