this at the park where I sometimes walk with the family.

Where are the Police when you need them?

Is anyone else a bit concerned about this S&*T going on in our neighborhoods?

A sad view indeed 4-6 people kicking and stamping on the bloke on the ground....saddened that its in Udon and thats no way to treat the national flag that so much pride is usually shown in...amazing Thailand.

And this the same park I take my son & all his young cousins to Loy Krathong every year. Sad to watch the vids. So Pattaya is not the only place with dog packs.

Commander of the Udorn Thani provincial Police, Police Major General Permsak Paradonsak has erected two investigation teams to probe into a recent clash between the People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) and the Udorn Enthusiasts groups.

The first investigation team will be led by Deputy Provincial Commander Police General Pattarawut Uemsasithorn while the second will be led by Deputy Provincial Commander Police General Chaiyan Larpkij .

The teams have begun briefing with an assessment of injuries and damage. Udorn thani PAD head Charoen Mukajornpun has asked police take the matter to its fullest.

Police have at the moment, cornered off the incident site and disallowed people to tamper with the area.

What a joke; how many days after the event is that?

And why 2 investigation teams - has the second one been set up to ensure the first one has done its job properly?

This is the man one needs to note. If there is going to be a change of government, namely another military coup, watch him to make a pronouncement expressing widespread dissatisfaction with the governing party. Or, like the last coup, he will accuse the current government of issuing statements against a very influential, charismatic personality. In this short speech, Prem is issuing a warning of caution to both sides.

Tilo,

Agree with you about Prem but I'm unsure why you put those headlines in black text up there.

Maybe you could pm Lee to find out how you can reduce your photo size?

Prem is the real power behind the throne, that's what Tilo is getting at. But I wonder how fluid Thai politics will get when Prem shuffles off his mortal coil?

(I've raised a separate post on the 747 in World News if you're interested, BM)
