My personnel opinion is that the fight could go either way, (age against youth, experience against inexperience)

But most around town seem to think that Danny is going to get an absolute bashing in the ring on the 14th! so I thought it would be interesting to create this poll and also receive comments on other peoples point of view?

Never seen either fight, but size is not always going to come out as a winner, not a foregone conclusion either by simply looking at the photos....sure to pull in extra punters though.

Steve is a MMA fighter previously, he has even fought Lee Shamrock, one of the big boys in MMA... So i think steve will win easily maybe not on skill but definately on instinct... I dont think anyone will get a absolute bashing!!!! Thats what the ref is for to prevent injury.... hopefully!!!!

like i said in my other post...DANNY as got more heart & bottle then 90% of any one ive fort ....size dose not matter to much in muay thai.& that is what the fight is 100% muay thai... & ime now not as big as i look on the poster i will be around 88 kilo for the fight (in case any one dont no me & puts money on the fight.)..& i can tell you some one the size of niel who is 66 kilo...kickes ..as hard as i do & as more speed witch makes power as all you fighters no...as for the fight you will not be short changed,,all ime saying is ime a exsplosive fighter.i dont go the distance(not fit enough )people are never dissapointed at any of my fights .win or lose DANNY as got 1000000000% respect from me =D> =D>

Steve's an older fighter ... not as fast but has a lot more stamina and no doubt a higher pain threshhold.... Danny's a young pup, fast, but will burn out quick ( even with all his heart and bottle)
IMO Steve has the edge and my ฿1 is on him but Danny is gonna make a damn good show and has a great future!..... Good luck to the both of you

What I want to see is like TEAM MUAY THAI BOXING. Like for example
Steve and Danny VS. any two other opponents. All in the ring at the
same time. Now that would fill-up the amphitheater with crazy fans.

As far as I know any form of gambling is illegal and our friendly tourist
police liason seems to confirm this. People get arrested for engaging in
silly card games over here so I don't even pretend to understand how the
system works. I suspect informal arrangements among friends might go
unnoticed and I don't doubt there's a major black market bookie scene.

I am flying back from the UK on 12/09/08 and I look forward to seeing both Danny and my old pal Steve
in the ring.For my part I think Steve will win but that does not detract from the spectacle of seeing these guys fighting it out on the night.Steve my son, I will be there come hell or high water and welcome your return to the ring!.
