Hey I reckon it is about time you big city slickers, stopped picking on us village dwellers, who are happy to enjoy a less pressure filled, overcrowded, hectic, dog-eat-dog existence :D :D :drunk: :guiness:

Ronnie I think you will find GUNS has withdrawn from the forum ie he wasn't booted :D

Speaking of guns, I am glad you didn't bring yours here - too many guns in Thailand already! (And before everyone rushes in, let's not make this a debate on gun control :-# )

Road kill is a problem here - all the fresh stuff is snapped up within minutes, and we are left with only rotisserie chicken, spicy river fish, the odd steak or beef from Thai French, plus numerous disgusting noodle and rice dishes

And what exactly are cold drinks? Can you give me more information, or point me to a link on the web :D

I didn't go in the woods or Jungle areas,in fact i stuck on tarmac and as near to Houses as much as Possible.
Could be barking up the wrong coco-nut palm....but isn't that the area where that bloke who used to shag banana trees came from..?.. 8-[

Good day udonmap
i thought i might introduce myself before i reply to the forum.
my name is mick but my wife's family and friends call me DAHKCHANG.
i have been traveling to udon for about 5 years and have a strong love for this place and its beautiful and sometimes crazy people.
the funny thing is i had never heard of udon until i met my wife Nok.
we both live in sydney australia until we can save enough cash to live in udon.
i hope i can contribute to udonmap in the future.
