motorcycles

Post by nakpan60 » November 16, 2008, 6:15 am

Can anyone tell me the name/address of the motorcycle dealer near the Memorial Hospital Udon who sells larger bikes especially the Yamaha Dragstar. Information on any other dealer in the area would be helpful and the best outlet for Honda Phantoms etc.

Thanks

Why the secrecy Dave?? How about just placing a map location?... or maybe you prefer numerous PM's on the same subject :-s

I would have thought that it was pretty obvious that publicly putting my phone number on the forum was a bit stupid hence the secrecy... And i was just trying to be helpfull to the guy so that if he had trouble finding it i could whizz out the door and find him and then show him where it is as it looks nothing like a shop that would sell bikes...its at J13 if you are interested.... i only just looked at the map 10 minutes ago and i didnt have a clue where our shop was in relation to all of udon until now...

No one expects you to post your phone number Dave, and thanks for the map reference - I'll check it out.

There is a nice dealer on the ring road towards the airport. They do a really nice job refurbishing the bikes. I've bought from them before. Service is good and they do speak english. Prices are very reasonable. Mostly big bikes.

With any luck I'll be looking to get a nice sport bike in the next few months. Yea the new beer moped is nice, practical, and easy on gas. Screw that I want a gas guzzling, impractical, rice rocket. At least out here in the boonies I don't have to dodge as many cars as Udon just cattle, buffalo's, and those 2 wheeled tractors crawling up the road

When I walked from AEK hospital to the night bazaar there was a motorbike shop along that road with some handsome machines on display. New in town but there used to be buffet restaurant with a guitar logo on the left and a big development site on the right if any old hands can put a name to the road for you.
