I bought mine from ebay £25 if I remember correcltly? Doubt you'll find any in Thailand as said above gambling is illegal. You might find some in Vientienne, I've seen a lot of 'gambling' products there in the day market, now a shopping Mall with a small market round it.

i thought i saw them, but at sadet market in NK, but if Stan hasn't seen them, must of been somewhere else or a dream . if you head to laos, they have casino, so may have.

Expensive way to buy little plastic chips, wot? Suppose the casino wouldn't mind if you just stuck your chips in your pocket and didn't cash them in.

in the uk we have free poker leagues, played in many myself were its free to enter & you win prizes, the only thing you pay for is a buffet which is £2, would that be of any interest to people in udon as its not gambling as theres no money involved & the prizes could come from sponsered local business, could try & set up a one night event some time soon if people are interested, i know were to borrow the chips & cards from locally, need a bar owner to let us hold the event there, & inform the police to see if its ok with them as long as no money is involved...also you use a pool table as the poker table, easy to deal that way,
