free flight with emirates

I got a great surprise today after complaining about my 30 hour delay on my outward journey to Thailand in December with emirates I have been given a free return flight open for 1 year valid from today

the email was more then I expected to get to top it all the last flight was a free one as well with my air miles so I guess it does pay to complain sometimes even thow they put me up in beautiful hotel with spa sauna attached golf course country club

so I would like to recommended the airline they got it wrong but but the customer service really came up trumps for me

You jammy whatsit!!
I had my Qatar airways flight cancelled, had to arrange an extra nights accomodation in BKK, get home from LHR instead of LGW, complained like mad and was given zilch!!
Even tried claiming on my insurance with no luck.

can't see british airways or aeroflot doing that.

That's what I call good customer service and it encourages repeat business, too. Good on yer! Well done.
