Council 'snooping power' reviewed
Councils in England and Wales should not use surveillance powers to target minor offences such as dogs fouling pavements, the home secretary has said.

Bob, you perhaps would not be surprised to know that he was not far off the mark, One of my first jobs when I came to london Was the install of ATM , cctv and data for what was then the midland bank, and that was in the late seventies early eighties I still am involved with cctv to a point, If we meet up next month I will tell you about what they get upto now, but not here.
