Thanks BM are they good i use sopcast but lately it has been freezing my screen and its in japanese lol

Check out myp2p.eu, I use it a lot for UK football and premiership rugby thats not aired on Truevisions (they have direct live feeds from Setanta) and cricket thats never on Truevisions.
Also theres TVAnts, Justin.tv and TVU.
