Alledged murders of 2 young girls caught.

Post by Bandung_Dero » May 21, 2009, 12:09 pm

TTF - this is one of the most sickening crimes I've been following for some time. Words fail me as to the sort of punishment these two should get if found guilty. :censored:

Your right of course BD... Having read the BKKPost article I thought I'd do a quick search and it seems that most extreme violence, murder ec. happens at home, here's one posted on 16th May 2009 at http://www.wctv.tv/home/headlines/45212872.html

A California man is accused of possibly blinding his four year old son in gruesome fashion.
Police say 34-year-old Angelo Mendoza bit an eyeball out of his four year old son's face and ate it.
The boy had numerous bites to his hands and his eyes were swollen shut.
Doctors said the boy's left eye and muscle were missing; his other eye is mutilated beyond repair.
The police report said Mendoza appeared to be on PCP.
Mendoza was arrested on charges of aggravated mayhem, torture, and cruelty to a child. Police say the toddler is now in the custody of child protective services.

Mendoza is due in court Wednesday. His bail is set at one million dollars.

Yes ive just read it to BD it is a shocking incident and just goes to show how low skum will go to thieve off there own but to take 2 young live's for 13,000 and a pice of gold they should be paraded through the village with sighn's around there neck saying we are thieve's and child killers then shoot them in the village of there crime. Id even let there mother do the deed of pulling the trigger.

Yes Jack! What would do with em if proven guilty (which they are by confession) obviously sanity and or mittergating circumstances is not a factor, she has prior history.

There might be a 'hang em high' brigade here but also obviously 'hand wringers' and 'do gooders' as well. Were are you Jack? Sounds like your the latter!

They did say, I think that the couple were indebted to the tune of 100k. People in these kind
of circumstances do exceptionally crazy things. It is so out of character from the traditional
kind of behavior you expect from Thais but this whole money-lending racket is so destructive,
second only to the drug trade and it is sadly, Thais profiting off other Thais general misery. :(

vlad (? the Imapaler) and Dero - read my post again. What is unclear about "let the law take its course"?

Oh, I see! Fence sitting. If the family come up with enough readies to pay the right people and they do easy jail time that is good enough for you! THAT'S Thai law taking it's coarse. ](*,)

Fence sitting is not having an opinion. I have given mine - and very clearly.

Thai law would see them get life, or possibly execution (which I don't agree with as a matter of principle).

If the Thai "justice" system sees another result, there is not much I, you or Vlad can do about it. So I won't be thinking about it too much.

My initial comment in this thread was not aimed at you Dero. Your OP did not call for them to be put on the rack, boiled in oil, hung drawn and quartered, and remains fed to the crows - unlike a subsequent poster's ridiculous (IMO) suggestions.

Jack...THAI LAW (L0L) should just turn them over to the family, hand-cuffed and hog tied of course, and let the family, with no chance of repercussion, administer the law.

Lets see if i can change your opinion jack. How would you feel if you came home and found your 2 children dead and then your neighbours, who you know very well Entered your home to steal from you but in the process murdered your 2 lovely young children. What justice would you want. would you like them locked up for life knowing your now having to feed them and cloth'e them for the rest of your life. Or what i think most people around the world would do to scum like this.

jack , as you already have me down as a fully paid up member of the hang em high brigade , i see little point in printing what i would like to see happen to these poor unfortunate people , who kill children to make a truck payment !!!!!! but you do state that , as a matter of principle you disagree with execution, what i would like to know is , what is that principle ?

Two things saint:

1. I don't believe capital punishment acts as a deterrent

2. many innocent people have been executed in even the most of sophisticated of legal systems

Sorry vlad - my children are alive and well, and I am not going to indulge you by responding to hypothetical scenarios :D

Two things JS:
Don't you think that an executed criminal will be permanently deterred from commiting another crime?

And ,you really don't believe that some capital punishment crimes have not been commited because of the death penalty, anywhere anytime?Really?

Two (further) things Stan:

1. Of course, anyone who has been executed will not be capable of committing a crime - whether or not they had committed the crime for which they had been executed. How very simplistic of you.

2. What is a "capital punishment crime"? Stealing a handkerchief for example?
