former president to be hung
no, we don't hang anymore, besides, he'd move to a state that no longer has death penalty anyway, or go to his true home, saudi arabia.

tho a good public stoning would be interesting. actually prosecuting bush would be the tip of the iceberg, immunity for him and we would have true murders of american and our allies........cheney, bush sr., and all members of the carlyle group. now we have party.

somehow the death penalty just doesn't seem just enough. they are probably in the top 50 world genecide / murderers list. figure 10 k americans, 3 direct from WTC, 3 + sent to fake war, 3 from cleaning up WTC, when white house said air was safe to breathe, in direct lie from EPA report that only vapor mask, as all federal workers were seen using. all press releases had to be white house approved, and the EPA report was change to read all air fine, a simply dusk mask will suffice. more will die from cleaning up, than the buildings falling, or lives lost in the war. don't forget the ever getting closer to 1 million mark on total of allies and the now free, ruined, and hundreds of thousand killed, and still not one city safe, and iran biting on the bit, just waiting to walk in and finish the job of sunni genecide.

justice, there will never be justice...........but maybe some satisfaction and closure for those families that directly suffered. though i really like the idea of 7 yrs in gitmo, before any trial, let them know how it feels to be an enemy of the state with no rights, except to be mistreated and tortured. after that, then the trial and public stoning, by the victims family only................hmm, is there a stadium big enough. might have to build one that holds million people, good public works program, stimulate the economy.

Most of you guys are nuts I just wanted to get that out of the way.

I just stated a few hours ago that the my first disappointment in President Bush is that we did not withdraw our forces from the Korean peninsula and shazzam they just detonated a nuke a few minutes ago as just reported on the wires ( i really hope its not true). Possibly I should stick with politics as some sort of prophet and counselor to you liberals new messiah reincarnated in President Obama. We either need to fight these dirt bags and have a coherent battle plan or get the hell out of their way. I the case of Korea we need to get out of the way for a lack of political will to fight them.

Don't hold your breath LA. Unlike your heroes, the Muslim terrorists, I don't think the American public would tolerate a stoning of a political opponent by his enemies. Perhaps you could relocate to the Taliban areas in Afghanistan or Pakistan where you could indulge your fantasies.

It is amazing to me how people on here bemoan the so-called torture of the terrorists, but are willing to apply the same. or even worse treatment to those with whom they disagree politically.

N/Korea is NOT Iraq we have had problems there since Harry S Truman was President and if you really took a look at why the N/K built the bomb is because GWB played hard ball when WJC was President he gave them money which is all they wanted. look your just looking for excuse to support a man who was never elected but was appointed president and the second election does not count because the first one was fraudulent as for being NUTS I plead GUILTY so now were do we go from here. the bottom line is plain & simple either you support the movement or you don't no one got a gun in your back. I did not hear the howls from any R. when they made Clinton appear in a Sexual Harassment law suit a sitting President subjected to a bogus claim perpetrated by a hand full of R. to embarrass a President. even Warren Buffet offered Paula Jones a million dollars to drop the law suit and the R, cried fowl and Paula did not get any were near a million so what was that all about they had her and she could not squirm out and get a million bucks which every body would have done and walk away with the money but there was some thing more to that picture which is unknown to me.

Oh God the Americans are moaning again, this time about a president who seemed to have conned the majority of the american people to stay in post for 8 years. You had a choice after 4 and missed it.
Now you want to prosecute him, what about all those who voted him in, they are as guilty I would have thought, but I suppose if you consider GWB to be brain dead what about his supporters ALL DEAD.....lol

U.S. citizens who no longer trust him & his political party and many whom believe as I do that he is
a war criminal and should be placed on trial to defend his actions of killing and maiming hundreds of thousands of Iraq citizens who only crime is being a Iraq citizen as well as sending our troops in harms way and causing the lives of over 3000 U.S. Servicemen/women all for the sole purpose of looking like a war President and the oil for his cronies in his business adventures
so, without a doubt - BO - is your man................. \:D/ ..........he's mine

Add Jimmy Carter the Peanut Farmer to those who gutted our intel operations. He was much worse than Clinton.

In response to some of the other posts, I would only say:

In order to prove any crime in the US, there is this little thing called "criminal intent" that must be shown/proven. There is no "lie" if the speaker believes the words spoken are true and correct.

I don't know of any country in the world that gives up their own laws, customs and opinions for the rest of the world to decide. I see no reason why the US should do it either. I am tired of the double standard and wish the US government protected its borders and citizens as well as other countries do.

I understand the the US, along with most other "common law" countries, has a range of criminal offences that do not require "criminal intent", otherwise known as mens rea, or a guilty mind.

Those not requiring guilty mind/mens rea are known as "strict liability" offences.

Whether or not Mr Bush's egregious transgressions fit into the latter category is for others to decide.

I see we have street corner Lawyers posting in here the fact is there a lot of smarter minds doing this.
and if it get no were at least we tried. Paul K I did not vote for GWB but you just insulted every one who did. I do not fault the people who voted for him the man is charlatan and fooled even the people who did not vote for him I was one of them until the truth started to surface about WMD and 9/11 and many other lies. That why I posted this so the legal system of my country can go to work and see if there is merit in prosecuting GWB & his VP as for WBU post I wish LDB was posting in here because LDB would give him a real education.

As we know law has little to do with justice. The U.S. is following socialist Europe in the area of legislating against and investigating/tracking citizens suspected of "thought" crimes or being critical of the U.S. State government. Ex-military personnel were recently identified by a high level State official as being likely to be fostering anti-government "thoughts" and needed to be carefully watched and tracked. Christians are another group whose "thoughts" are being used evidence of hate crimes when publicly spoken.

Well I started readin it veryaccurate but depressing. I think we would be bettter served trying to gte things working and picking up the pieces then worrying about this schmuck. We amreicans as a Country have long road ahead of us the gain the acceptance and respect we once had, if it every happens. History is good for learning lessons, but I think yuo would have to be a dumb as a door jerk not see the mistakles in this. I just hope we don't forget with time, seems to happen a lot.

what would it prove putting Bush On trial, he was the elected President of The United States, but he did not have full control of the Government, their are checks and Balances in place,

To have court proceeding, you would need to Press Charges on members or the House, Congress and Senate and I am sure hell allot more people, even in the alphabet agencies

Putting him on trial would only cause a landslide of problems for America,
Sure it will be great the Countries who do not care America idealism and would help justify their own causes

Exactly, once voted in, the problem is huge, The checks and balances seemed to have failed or so it seems to some Americans. Ensuring due justice is a long for hoped dream that will never be realised.
Only by ensuring that whatever went wrong does not reoccur can Am,erica move forward and as stated by fellow Americans rebuild their standing in the world.
many countries have had to do that after a period or Political or sovreign mis-management, most succeed, let us hope America can and will move forward in a positive manner.
And oh those I upset about the fact that I felt they were also responsible for voting for GWB, well you did, and in some small part the VOTERS of America must be ready to be responsible in some small way . whomsoever they voted for. If they do not then the checks and balances of which in part,is the power of the voter has gone.

Specifically, directly and as a matter of operational government in the US, checks and balances have absolutely nothing to do with the voter and for whom they vote.

Checks and balances are between the three branches of government. Period. And the checks and balances are instituted for one reason only: insure that the US Constitution is followed and implemented correctly.

I don't know where people dream up all their US government operations and rights and whatever else they think that the government does or should do or should provide. Most Americans have never read the US Constitution, which is a very small document. It would be a great place to start before entering into a discussion/debate.
