Sorry to jump on the topic Lee, but I dont suppose it's anything like this one:

If so, I may well know of an interested person...

Actually it's a 4 door and looks like the Valiant model on the right but black, the rear of the car is the same as the second on the left.

The car has all original parts but would look more special with some custom alloy wheels.

It's actually with the owner on Ko Chang at the moment. He travels back and fourth to Udon throughout the year in it so it must be a pretty reliable car. He'll be in Udon for 4 weeks shortly and hopes to sell it before he returns. He needs to use a truck on Ko Chang because some of the roads aren't suited for cars.

BB I'll PM you the number. I'm sure he'll be open to offers because he hopes to sell before he returns back to Ko Chang.

Thanks

If it has the original Aussie engine I couldn't afford it at 13 miles the imperial gallon. A small 4 cylinder motor would take all the fun out of it
Sent from my 1977 Apple II using 2 Heinz bake bean cans and piano wire!

It does look absolutely fantastic though does'nt it? I am not a car freak but I have always loved the unusual. I run a Land Rover Defender 110 CSW in the UK, with aircon, leather heated seats, a chipped TD5 turbo diesel at 250HP and all the stuff that would make the old farmers with old genuine working vehicles turn in their graves. I saw it and loved it for it's bizarre nature. A genuine sows ear turned into a silk purse. Or perhaps a "rat with a gold tooth"

Whoever buys it and loves it for what it is...i'm a jealous man

Running a bog standard Toyota in Thailand, whoever thought it would come to this huh?
