Bowling date

Post by Bump » May 5, 2006, 12:07 am

Anyone want to join us Monday the 8th for bowling at Robinsons 11:00 A.M.

Better hurry the wifes game is off now won't last forever LOL

Just noticed that several people on the forum do bowl, might a well hookup and have a bit of fun.

If there is an interest I will talk to the magager and see if we can get a discount.

Bowling there early in the day is less expensive anyway and Monday should have lanes available. I think school has started again by then.

If yuo don't bowl or are like me part of the bad back club ( sometimes I can sometimes I can't) you can always come and laugh at us 8)

Wife and I are in for this. Hope I don't scare anyone away but average is just above my age. :D

See you Monday

I can bowl and am interested, though I also suffer from back problems which tend to limit my movement and thus scores. I am not sure as yet what I'll be doing monday, but will come if I can.

Thanks

Brian you don't bowl 250.
opr us back league you do what you can do have fun and don't worry about the score. If you can't bowl at all you get the fun of teasing us, so not a bad deal.

Must be a bunch of ex-professional bowlers in here!

Still on for the 15th, Ray? Will be there but not bowling. Tried to find a ball that fits the other day but none could be found. Very accomodating staff offered to drill out one of the existing 16 lb balls but politely declined. Especially after wife told them, "He's got big feet, too". Noticed the pro shop so will give them some business if/when we retire here.

Anybody else going to be there? Oh, well. A bit early but will enjoy a cold Singha.

I sure hope those scores were not for 1 frame?

2 frames very good.
3 frames average.
4 frames, maybe I'll have a chance

I've no idea where those scores came from.

I wasn't able to go, let alone play. My score above looks more like the number of postings on the Forum, at some previous point in time.

Had I been able to go and played, I would have been lucky to get into 3 figures!!

Actually no one showed up last time but it was fun to post some greatr scores, yes we will be there tomorrow.

The wife played in two tirnaments tonight got number 2 in both, she was beaten by a young lady who is on the Thailand National Bowling Team, so not to shabby. In fairness to the other lady she wasn't playing with her equipment , that and her bowling coach were in Bangkok.

She only beat the wife by a few pins.

The other two girls who are normalyy both great competitors were drunk so they didn't do so good

Almost forgot I played in the second tournament and actually beat two guys. I think the paramedics brought one of them around before the ambulance took them away
