Re: Steve Ridgley
Only met Steve a couple of times, seemed and nice genuine sort of guy. Was this unexpected or has he been ill?
My condolences to his family and may he rest easy.

Re: Steve Ridgley
He has been ill for some time. I don't know what the problem was but he was in and out of the hospital frequently for some time.

I have just come back on line after a ban to find out my good friend of 5 years is Dead. R.I.P old mate. When I left in January I said see you next time, and you said, "maybe". I thought you were going to keep your promise to me and return to the U.K for more tests and fight to over come your problems. I'am deeply saddened by this news and my heart go's out to Moo and the rest of the family ! Dead at 54...what a waste... good bye again old friend, Mark and Jai.

Pity my first post on this board is in the obits section.............
I went into Steve's bar yesterday and heard the sad news. He was a top bloke in my opinion (even for a gooner )and I always enjoyed out banter. Kind of pleased for him that he left this life on his own terms - RIP Steve, no more pain now.

His wifes name was Mali the same as Steves wife of TBar who he bought the Bar off.
Re: Steve Ridgley (Steve's Bar)
Steve was a friend of mine and I have always known his wife as Mo, although Thai people can can have a few nicknames, my wife has 3, depending who’s talking to her.
