Met a nurse in Bangkok and first thing was to go shopping. First stop to look at phones and also wanted to look at MP3's. As she looked at the phones I didn't play ball and walked off to look at cameras or TV's. She was on duty at 6pm. "I'll call you tomorrow." Never seen or heard from her again.

Flew to meet a nurse in Udon. She picked me up at the airport and brought me to my hotel. We obviously hadn't chatted too much (can't remember) as she was asking me what I did... She seemed to have a hard time getting her head around the idea of a pension. She asked how much I got per month and I think I jokingly said 20,000 Baht and she was stunned and thought fahlang got 80-100K per month. A few minutes later she said she was just going to help her parents close the restaurant and she'd be back... Never seen or heard from her again.

I met a lady on craigslist, a classified ad webpage, about 3 months ago. I had been cycling around different countries for the past 13 months and wanted to meet someone who wasn't really associated with the bar scene. We sent a few emails to each other, met a week later and have been together ever since. Its been very nice. She lives in Udon, so I settled down here for awhile. I have really enjoyed my time thus far with her as well as time spent in and around Udon. It's only been 3 months so I will not say if this is actually a success story yet. But so far so good.

Me and a partner met this girl on the internet... on AMM actually.... we had no idea what she would look like or who she would be... we drove to near liverpool (sydney) to pick her up for a drinkie or two.

Imagine our surprise when she turned out to be a GORGEOUS 19 year old south american who had a bit of a liking for blonds and their partners

For three years or so she used to pop round every couple of months for a bit of rumpy pumpy... we still chat on MSN,I have to pretend to her b/f that we used to work together.... which i guess we sort of did.. she actually came to our house once as my birthday present.. all wrapped up in bows AND with a friend...

I had an internet date once, very attractive half caste lady. On meeting her she revealed she was in fact the reincarnation of Queen Elizabeth 1st!
Not having the moral fortitude of many of the members I returned to her residence after a good few drinks where she eagerly showed me her collection of memorabilia from her past life.
In the morning she woke me proudly displaying the space she had cleared in the closet for my things!
She also presented with me with the spare key that I would need after I moved in!

Is this the right Forum to record sexual exploits? Only this week the Moderators killed off 'Eye Candy 2' and 'Why I Like Thai Girls' because of an external complaint. Does a lonely Arsenal fan recording his sexual exploits/fantasies add to the famed knowledge base of Udon Map?

I just reached that phase in life where you just don't give a rat rear about what other people think. So we met on the internet? BIG DEAL. Meeting is meeting regardless of where or how you met. Our meeting is far from private, and who cares anyway? I'm just happy it's working.

She a super girl, and in 10 years I hope to be saying the same thing, and not looking to buy a silencer for my pistol online.

Anyways, back to the story, while I was whittling, I also met one from Nong Khai, (she made it into the top 5),about 27 or 28,really pretty girl, has a MA degree, she is a teacher, and her father is a professor at the Uni. in Bo Rai, where she was attending school. She has her own place and her own motorcycle and is very in debt, but looking for a sugar daddy. She would make a nice wife for a really rich guy as she's the hi-so type and wants everyone to be jealous of her.....ok, just not my type.

Met another one in Song Dow, about halfway to Sakhon, nice girl, but lied about her age, she was only 17. She said she had never been out of Sawang Daen Din, but as we spoke in Thai, she used some odd words. Come to find out, she was a sweetheart, but her older sister was an on again, off again bargirl in Pattaya and had put her up to it all and helped her write the profile. What a cun* of a sister, to try to use your own lil Sis to try to con men. Hope she doesn't end up like her big sis.

So yes, it's alot of fun trying to play the game. It's just that on the website, you end up up playing several games at once instead of meeting them in a bookstore and striking up a conversation and playing it 1 on 1 and wasting alot of time.

Although I never responded to any that picked me first, there were some lookers that did strike first, and about 7 katoeys...jeeeeeeeeez......

Hopefully when I have time I can come to one of the meetings and meet some of you folks, yes, I'll bring her too, and then you'll know that it is remotely possible to find a good one on a dating website....now if I can just get her to bait her own hook..........

I agree with Ralph and VP, many a happy outcome via the net. You can learn if you have anything in common before you go to the trouble of actually meeting, it's all the rage with the happening crowd don't you know
I don't really see the difference in meeting someone online or what some would consider the more traditional way. What ever way it happens the path is basically the same unless you are stupid enough enroll in a full WBU semester right from the off.
