well this morning got up took care of my hygiene needs and went shopping at Tesco ran in to geordie
and met his Lovely wife then off to makro and then home to Village life until wednesday then I will be back in Udon they will be hooking up my internet Wednesday at the room I rented which is back in the same building I lived before I moved to boonies I got the 5MGBS for 1k a month so my PC should fly BTW I just bought a new PC and I am running win/7 evaluation copy now I have to watch my money for the next 2 months to catch up with my spending spree of course my truck insurance came due & I had to pay that which was not considered so now I am going to deposit 1 K a month for insurance next year so I do not have to shell out a chunk of money

To help you on the way to 5 pages OT. I'll do last two days as they were 'today' then, then today, if that's okay? Went to Eastborne in my first 'today', with daughters, grand-daughter, and it was a sunny day. Had beer on the pier, walk around, shops, meal at a restaurant same name as my grand-daughter who chose it, Isobel's, and was excellant.

The second 'today was trip with family to Kensington Palace, London, where Princess Di used to live, and there are many dresses and that she wore. Also state apartments where William and Mary stayed in !7th century, and Queen Victoria.

The third 'today', is today! And back down to earth with a bump, am about to visit my 88 year old mum in a care home. She hates it, been there 4 weeks, so my brother and i sorted out a better one for her hopefully. But all the care homes are, scary! I would rather be dead than have to go in one. In fact one good thing about Thailand is, in old age if needed, looked after by the family. Well, hopefully! My Thai g/f sweetly said if i could get my mum to Thailand, she'd take care. Sadly, not possible, which is a shame.

I hate following on to a post that I made myself, but, as I am the OP of this thread,I felt I had too because my ambition is not only to take the job of a moderator, but also to start a thread that get's 5 pages without a copy and paste, talking about bar girls, prostitution, food, money, ladyboys, and loft insulation. So please- 5 pages and then I will go quietly.
Getting back on subject - 2day went fishing, took my shirt off and now look like a piece of pickled ginger.

its nice to have ambitions and goals , O T . i used to be the same , then i moved here permanent and got into the thai mind set , why do something today , you can always do tomorrow , and we all know , tomorrow never comes !!!!!! funny how feeling the sun on your back everyday tends to make important things , not so important !!!!!!well im up early , feeling so much better than i did yesturday morning !!!! just about to play with the dogs , hope no one takes offence to that as their all under age !!!!! then we have the gardener coming to tend the estate , then who knows , i will take it as it comes . dont make too many plans in advance being a free spirit and all .

dragged my lazy carcass to the gym this morning. unlike bkkstan i seem to be steadily gaining
weight. i just do some basic power movements and maybe that's the problem, my shoulders
arms and thighs are getting thicker not smaller. checked the scale 85KG'S. i'm a beast.

More more cardio,try smaller portions,use very small plates or bowls for awhile,push some ACV through your system and lighten up on the weights unless your are a muscle builder,seems to be working for me.I have to be careful with my ''treats'',they become habitual,today was deep fried doughball ,3rd day in a row

Up at 5 AM,fed the cat,,washed the rice pot,but left it for the wife to make the rice,took the clothes out of the dryer and folded them while the computer loaded up,scanned UDM and checked email,made a post,went to 7-11 to pay Maxnet bill and weighin at 101.4 kilos,leaving the dog at home as she seemed to be waiting for the wife and I run better w/o her!
Down to Tha Sadet Promenade for my morning run,ran for 42 minutes,back to 7-11 to check my weight for burnoff,100.8 Kilos,bought 10 baht DF doughballs,pedaled to Wat Pho morning market,bought fruit and back home,after eating all the doughballs.

Posting now,will take a shower while the daughter does her morning studies and then take her to school.

Clear skies with the Sun beaming away now,so I think take the dog for her morning run and poop and wash the car!Then take the wife to the market for veggies as she will probably be cooking all afternoon,then to Tesco for the meat as we didn't put anything out from the freezer last night.

Will probably mess around on the computer ,check all the news venues and commentaries etc etc.,should 2-3 hours until afternoon gym workout and picking up the daughter from school.

Probably just another relaxed ''uneventful day''' in quiet and peaceful NK,taking care of family and loving life.

went to the bank today finally got my money my credit union changed the limits on withdrawals from 2k to 1 k and did not notify me. So here I am trying to get more than 1K and the ATM at the bank is refusing to give me money well you want to see a mad man follow me when it time to get my money any way I called them last night got my limit to 1500 per day so I should be OK mentally for a week or two and to think I came here to avoid these sort of problems it seems I have gotten more or is it just me crazy looney bird that I am

Another great day in good old UT for old-timer... Mothers day, me and my sons had a good day out with the mrs at a great restaurant , had the works and it was all delicious, all washed down with leo over ice for me and pepsi for the boys, probably why they are going berserk right now and doing my head in - too mutt caffeine.
I see my wonder-thread is now creeping up to 5 pages - so please everyone - wat did u do 2day?

Well OT I will give it a go, legdit to the wc to send mr brown off to the coast, then legdit to the underground to beat the crush, funny thing the tube was still hot a 0600hrs made it to work done my stuff then legdit to the underground to get to the hospital,must admit not looking forward to the tube home no ac, just headlice,old spice,brut and bodymist.

Realised it was Mother’s Day… Had to think quickly to try avoiding monster-in-law. “Sorry honey, today very busy, printer up the Swanee and have to copy the wedding DVD’s for Freddie…”

· Went to Big C for lumpy orange juice and Amorn Electrical for mini DVD’s and cable ties but “Solly no hab” either.
· Had coffee and read the Bangkok Post and remembered how much I didn’t miss monster-in-law.
· Back home and kicked the nonsense out of my printer as another blank sheet of paper rolled out.
· Had 4 mugs of tea and a paracetemol sandwich.
· Went to Central Udon and met the princess and she wanted to eat KFC. Oh well another few kg’s is not going to hurt. I’m sure death will be quick and painless.
· Got mini DVD’s and cable ties.
· Back to Hacienda… Kicked the printer a few more times.
· Rain and thunder so we decided to have a quiet night in.
· Almost 10pm the princess dials sib-ed sib-song and orders pizza… My diet is going really well!
· We watch a movie and eat pizza as thunder roars and rain hammers on the window. "Velly lomantic," she declares.

Went to Carrefour and bought discount milk and cheese ( sell buy today jobs ) SAVED ฿259 =D>
Got stopped on the way back for running an ORANGE light on the chop Talked my way out of that ... but still got done for Insurance out by a month and no number plate, beat him down from ฿300 to ฿200 so I only saved ฿59 in the end
