Good afternoon all , we seemed to have gone of the rails alittle here , nice piece from Mr G very brief regarding the funds being passed over to the builder bet your hands were in the money tin in a big way . as regarding Mr S he has gone quiet regarding the claims he has ripped poor Mr Singh of a very large amount of money for those of you that have known stevie in Thailand only 4 years of being here he left pattaya with limited funds having ripped several people , he now has 4 peaks luxury bungalows and several cars and he always threw his money around on nights out with the boys yet he hardly seemed to do any work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!strange

Fawn, In fairness I think he has only been accused of 4 things in Udon...

1. He owes Lee money for advertising costs
2. The missing keys fiasco
3. The Falang & the 10 million housing project.
4. Personal loans from a n Udon hotel owner.

If & when these matters are resolved all well & good.
The keys issue is a small matter & maybe the OP will be kind enough to say when it has been satisfactorily resolved.
I guess Lee can tell us pretty quick as soon as the money hits the bank...
The building project (which is the 'biggy' ) is a little more difficult as I do not think anyone actually knows who the Falang involved was - although there was some suspicion that it was bumpers new German friend.
As far as I am aware the hotel owner does not post on this site, so getting confirmation from him could prove difficult as well (He may not be pre-disposed to chat about private money matters either)...

The missing keys... Were left with a former employee of mine to be returned to the owner’s family. I apologise if that hasn’t been done and will try to make arrangements that this situation is rectified as soon as possible.

Lee (udonmap), money was left to pay our outstanding advertising bill. It would seem that has not been done either. Can you email me some details so that payment can be made?

Just shows what a few posts can do to nudge someone into a little action.......sure Lee will confirm receipt of monies owed.

Case Closed..(when the monies are secured) so just leaving the door ajar slightly.

Ohh i forgot to say and nicely Written G-man....but what more would one expect from an Estate Agent..lol..very well put and explains a thing or two, ....it is a shame you didn't come forward much earlier to explain it all...not much contact from the outside world..??.. .. still managed to change photos on your page..after reading this thread(i did like the hospital one...well choosen) anyway thanks for posting yourside of the story....i must admit i had lost faith.
Something that is bothering me...and that is why does your photo still appear on the upal site......if i was in your situation as you told it i don't think i would want my photo on there still.

Ja's appears on it as well and she's long gone. I don't think she'd be too happy knowing her image is still associated with these cowboys. I wonder who the Thai partner is, anyone know her?

Gareth has now paid udonmap for all monies that he owed and he has also e-mailed me that he has taken steps to clear up the keys issue. Gareth requested the thread be removed. However instead of removing it I am locking the thread as the matters Udonmap or its members had with him have been fully resolved.

This thread will remain on the public domain, if others have similar issues please feel free to post your experiences on the forum or pm me if you would like to add information to this thread. Thanks.
