do not judge less you to be judged and the mesher you judge shall be meshered un to you ,who are we to look at the speck in our brothers eye yet we dont see the plank of wood in our own eye shorley if you move the plank of wood from your own eye you would see more clearly to remove the speck from your brothers eyes, also he who is with out sin let him cast the first stone,a man is innacent till provern guilty ,hes not even been arested or charged with any crime

I think something got lost in the translations here.
Nothing mentioned here of wood being used,
No mention of any family and brothers.....

Ah, that depends if you have been hit with the plank of wood or not, then you would have more than a speck in your eye and you would have been measured, and possibly found wanting.wazza wrote:I think something got lost in the translations here.

Come wazza get into the spirit of the thing! You could always use the plank to hide from the hitman.

Ahhhh I have seen the light, well actually I have seen " The Plank " funny as fook that was.
Re: Udon Thani: Beware the Farang Con Man Scammer
Actually, the man has been arrested on several assault charges and on one drunk driving charge, and that is just in Udon. There may have been more trouble in BKK, and, of course, there is the felony conviction and five years jail time in the USA, so the man is not exactly without a past. I

Seems like he has thrown a few stones then, and cast them from afar.
Re: Udon Thani: Beware the Farang Con Man Scammer
There are many terrible chasms when one walks the plank.
Our scammer seems to walk the plank without convictions pending And thus remains a bad boy on the loose.

Good tips.Stef wrote:I know the gentleman, and although he is a pain in the ass, and maybe deserved the slap he got from his ex-student, I don't think he's any worst than many expats living in LOS, too many are out to make a fast buck and trample over anyone on the way, lending money everywhere, setting up silly partnerships, etc.
On the other side of the coin, ie. tourist visa, illegally working, etc., I don't think it's right to grass people on issues like this, there are many people staying in LOS illegally or even working illegally, I don't like moral police.
I think a lot of OPs (whole page) write-up is a little over exaggerated and reaps of personal vendetta, if you are out of pocket join the other 1000s of expats. Anyone who's lost money here should take a long look in mirror and ask themselves "where did I go wrong?" as long as you keep blaming others it will happen to you again.
1. Don't lend money to anybody
2. When buying items, check and then take all relevant paperwork away, make sure the sale is cast-iron and remove the item from their possession.
3. Don't buy items for ladies you just met unless you intend to gift it to her, otherwise wait a year, get married and record every purchase in her name and get her to sign stating it was purchased with your money, courts are now ruling in favour of the falang in divorce settlements .
To have so much knowledge of this person tells me that you have had many financial dealings with him. What's that saying "fool me once - shame on you. Fool me twice - shame on me".
I have no problems "moral" or other with him working on a tourist visa and no knowledge of his financial dealings beyond hearsay but disagree with "don't think he's any worst than many expats". He has a history of using violence to solve disputes, starting bar fights basically for sport and he is a big guy with some fight skills which makes him a danger to others. And yes I know everyone on this site is a badass tough guy so of course I mean for others not you superhuman studs. :-"
