Score 149 points and still don't win my H2H. ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

Like Statto, BIG problems with this weeks games coming up. Tempted to write it off as a dead loss and save 2 transfers for next week. :(

It was an amazingly high scoring week.....11 members scored over 100 and Roy got 99 !
7 members beat the previous league record score of 117.
If you had Rooney as your captain he scored 64 points alone.
Congrats to Stephen for the new league record of 150 =D> looks like you and beer monkey are opening up a bit of a gap and the title seems to be between you two.

Yes it was a bumper week....would have been more if Valencia didn't only play 1 game.
Got 144 with one of my teams,,,,,Go Roon Go Roon.....but he is being transfered out today..

Onwards and upwards still 2 teams in the FF Cup, this week could prove a bit tricky though.. :-k

133 points for me this week but only the 5th best score. Unreal. Figured would be moving on up to 6th or 7th place so renamed me team to a ball-busting one, America's Team. Whadda we know about this game? Very little.

Anyone know what the makeup of this league is? One Yank (me), maybe one Aussie and 15 Brits? Is that correct?

747man only managed 39 points?? Most of us had one player in our lineup who scored more. Maybe he has a team full of Everton players?

This week (23) should be different. Only 8 matches scheduled. I might have 10 players suited up but 2 of those are Wolves. Maybe I should just stay home.

Yes Polehawk, I am the Aussie. Team sick buffalo. Although I follow an EPL team, EVERTON, I am on a slow learning curve with all the other teams and players. But it's fun anyhow. I really wish I could have a complete squad of English players but i don't think that they would score very well.

Maybe next season we could have a second FF comp with only England players. ;)

All credit to Polehawk and Gozzo for participating when it's not your national sport. As much as i enjoy watching, advertisement free American football, I wouldn't have the faintest idea who to select in a FF version. Same goes with Aussie Rules football.
747? Think he was pressured into entering a team and then didn't have access or time to regularly update his team.
Think the rest of the league is made up of Brits and a couple of Irish geezers, one of which will be banned next year. :D

Having posted a few days ago about NOT looking ahead when making my transfers, I made sure that this weeks changes were done with an eye on week 24 \:D/ ........... and now they have bloomin' well cancelled the match that I did my planning round

I took a 8 point hit, the first time i have took a point hit this season......as did lots of others playing FFL, i knew this gameweek would be difficult, still not fronted a full side, hope i keep in the cup as one of my opponents don't even change his team, still playing players that have been injured for over a month...a few games tonight C'mon Anelka, then some doubles next week.....C'mon Anelka ka.... :D

Bm will be relieved to still be in the cup. A 28-24 win with his opponent only fielding 5 players.

Well done, keep the flag flying for the FU league. =D>

At least your hits were useful. I took a 4 point hit to bring Dunn in and he didn't play.

Earlier in the season Dunn was a points magnet. With Blackburns relatively easy fixtures i thought he was good buy, but as with most things i do on FF, things don't work out. Sign him and he gets injured again.
I was going to post yesterday that I bet that anker DeFoe scores this weekend, as i got shot of him after 4 weeks of rubbish. Sure enough he scores. What's the betting Reid scores for Sunderland tonight.
Everything that could go wrong went wrong yesterday, don't expect my captain to be playing Tuesday either.
It's only a game, it's only a game, it's only a game. Nope, that's not working.

Thanks.
I had two teams still in the cup...lost one this week...but the FU league(original first choice team) "Soi Sauce11" is still in it through to the next round...got to be careful with taking point hits though.
double game weeks are poor imo...apart from Rooneys magical score last double game week.
Highest score this week Mr Polehawk with 70 good score with world average being 47...see what i mean about double weeks..not brilliant.
