Thai Wife with US-citizenship Owning Property
Re: Thai Wife with US-citizenship Owning Property
We received a response from "isaan lawyers", too. Told us the same. As long as there is no documentation that was forwarded to the Royal Thai Embassy renouncing citizenship, they maintain dual-citizen status and can be on the tabian-baan, blue-book. If they are citizens-only elsewhere, they have to request to be re-instated as Thai citizens before they can be on the blue-book ledger.

I'm American Thai and just got duel citizen ship 13yrs ago
And it's really easy to do all you have to do is go to the immigration in BKK and they will do some paper works and prove that you have someone on your side that is Thai like mother or father and all this will take about 2 yrs and then you'll get the Thai Id and be in the tabein ban, and even now I have no problems showing ppl my Thai or American Passport, it's kinda cool thou to have 2 passports![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)
