Real Massage - where?

Post by Green Grasser » November 16, 2009, 1:36 pm

I am interested in a Thai massage, without a happy ending (no sex, no funny business).

I see massage parlors offering a one-hour Thai massage for 99 baht (Angel's, across from Mojo's and Steve's), 120 baht, and 150 baht.

Are there massage parlors that use a table, with a face hole, and employ female therapists aged late 20s or 30s?

I prefer a table to a pad on the floor. I dislike mattress on the floor, because it has too much give when pressure is applied.

A face hole means that I do not have to keep turning my head from one side to the other side, so that I can breathe without crushing my nose and can prevent a crick in my neck.

Being an unmarried senior guy, I guess I must seem like fresh meat to older women; so I prefer female therapists aged late 20s or 30s who see me more as a customer than their future meal ticket.

Any such massage parlor near Charoen Hotel?

Thanks in advance.

Not near Charoen Hotel but very good massage at Lavender. Thai nurse and american man behind. Extremely good massage and no happy ends in sight. I prefer Ya and I even took my girlfriend a couple of weeks ago. She loved it! They are neighbours to Udon Resort not far from Ringroad near Tesco Lotus.

At the KP-hotel in Kumpawapi there is a good massage shop. The girl who runs it is very professional. I'm a massage therapist myself, and it's the only place in Udon Thani where I've got a professional massage. The other traditional Thai massage places in Udon are resonably okay, but not really very good.

The hotel is about 35 km south of Udon city, along the motorway to Khon Kaen, at the exit to Kumpawapi. Maybe you have to make an appointment.

There is a little massage shop over near Lake Garden City. Going to LGC the road does a zigzag. right at the zigzag is a small strip mall that has the massage shop. A couple of nice friendly professional ladies. Both happily married and not looking for someone else. No happy massages. They have mattresses on frames. The tables with face holes sounds like a good idea. I'll mention it to the owner. 120bht per hour.

Just beside Udon Resort there is a Spa and Beuty parlor which has what you are asking for. Me and my wife tried many massage places in Udon but now we are stuck with this one. We get our Thai massage on mattrasses but they also have this massage tabe you are asking about. However I doubt that you will get a very good Thai massage on a table, the whole idea about being on the floor is that the attendant will be able to use her weigt and leverage to strech you properly.

Udon resort is on the road just south of old Lotus going down to Nong Prajak Park, it will be on you left side coming from Lotus.

sorry to be a digger.. i figured there's a misconception regarding table and mattress massage..

traditional thai massage often carried out on mattress which like lassebasse said, uses her weight to stretch you properly. in my opinion, thai traditional massage are "hard"

alternatively, you can choose the oil massage which often carried out of the table. Similar to china tradition massage called tui na. it basically rubbing you body with oil.

There is a new massage shop just opened in the central Plaza . Next door to the photo studios. haven't tried it so can't give details. Unlikely to be naughty though due to its location .

Look for credentials, like the certificate from Wat Pho in Bangkok.

Just availed myself of the services at Paul Dee Salon. Yesterday and today had a foot massage. 200baht for an hour. 2 ladies massaged feet, legs, arms, head and neck. Very professional, talked, joked, had a good time, no trouble. Will be back for more and will report here.

So did you still get the full hour or did they cut you to 1/2 because you had two girls ? I really hate the latter as I like to relax for the full hour .
Ageing is a privilige denied to many .

No, I received the full hour with 2 girls working on me 3 times now. After 3 visits I am still happy with the overall experience and highly recommend the place.
