Need legal help to register Company in Udon thani

We ( 49% )are considering registering a Thai company with Thai partners( 51% ) to purchase land and grow sugar cane in Nongbualamphu. Any recommendation for a legal company to handle this company registration , preferably in Udon thani.

While not wishing to disparage the quality of any advice you might receive from any local firms (none of which I have used), if you are dealing in substantial sums of money I would recommend that you at least consider using an international law firm which has offices both in your home country and in Bangkok where, if things were to go wrong, you might have some hope of some financial redress.

In my opinion you need to have some basic degree of understanding of your ongoing legal, financial and tax reporting responsibilities for a company (and the penalties for breaching them) if you are to form and operate such a company.

Owning a business in Thailand can impact your personal tax position both in Thailand and your home country and there are measures that can, in some cases, be taken to minimise them such as the use of double taxation agreements.

At the end of the day it comes down to what you are prepared to pay for advice to minimise the many risks in a transaction in a country where you do not fully understand the risks or the law.

i do not follow , isn't a sponsor of this forum also handling these things, i mean FBI,as he is established long time all ready in udon, he is not a lawyer but he surely must be able to help you....
