kip to USD exchange rate 1970

Does anyone know what the Lao Kip to US Dollar exchange rate was in 1970? Or Lao Kip to Thai Baht? I know the THB - USD rate was about 20 to 1, but I can't remember what the Kip to Dollar rate was at that time. I can't find it on the Web or in previous posts here. Thanks in advance for any information.

Laos had a currency reform in 1979, so I doubt you will be able to find anything prior to that.

My wife says it was 4 baht per 100kip way back when.....1970-ish.
