What a sad bunch of puckering sphincters some of you old buggers can be. Are you playing in some special 'Spot the Troll' competition or what?

Here we have bryzor, a newbie with a fantastically convoluted tale with international intrigue, illicit romance, medical drama, emotional blackmail and family values ALL rolled into one. The entertainment value was IMMENSE! And it was all in English and not some hackneyed 'this is not my first language' style and based in fair Albion in real time! This could have been so entertaining with each piece of advice being countered with a new fantastic twist being delivered up by the OP. And what's the best the Udonmap Mensa Club can do?

"Troll!" Followed by mumblings about IP tracking and dodgy old screen names like you are super IT forensics sleuths or something. Give me a break here while I have a giggle.... most of you probably can't tell your IP from your elbow!

So now the OP has buggered off and I am reduced once again to the boring realities of offshore shift work while reading on udonmap about the best place for decent new spuds, the construction at Central, the 'new' traffic light scam, how much for an old 747, updates on the questionable dynamics of 90-day reporting and did 'mash really kiss a bloke in a dress at Christmas in The Office?

Friggin' party poopers!

well said Tamada..

what happens if the guy is legit ( not his girlfriend).

I dont know what happened with you older original members. it seems you all started out as one big happy family years ago, and then something big went down, where some members spat the dummy and apparently went off and formed their own similar website in the same city of Udon, and from then on in, any post here that seems to far fetched, or doesnt make sense or add up, is then deemed a troll, a fake post come from the enemey, the other Udon site, come here to play games and waste your times...

but what happens if this Bryzor guy is legit, you have hung, drawn and quartered him on what would seem mere assumptions.....I glad I didnt come here asking for help afew years back when I was in his same shoes, and looking for answers and advice from westerner men living in thailand, about thai relationships..

so the girls story was far fetched, but heck my half sister, a lawyer, a comminssioner who sits on governmental panels of enquiry, married NZ's worst serial rapist, a lawyer marrying a serial rapist, the media couldnt believe that either, but its true, so a guy who falls in love with a supposed undercover cop, sure I can run with that for awhile. there is alot to the girl story that doesnt match up for sure, but does that mean Bryzor is a troll?

maaka one of the realities of being an UdonMap puckering old sphincter (I like that description) is that you get to read these sad tales of woe time after time after time. After attracting about 6 pages of advice, with the OP constantly upping the incredulity level, you find he is a troll. History has shown that these trolls are often banned* members coming back on for a "laugh".

After few years one becomes adept at picking the trolled story - as someone said on another thread, heck, it isn't rocket science. At this point it becomes a choice of "outing" the OP (and thereby spoiling Tamada's fun), or continue to play the game.

You will find that most members do not take too kindly to having offered their heartfelt advice (sometimes based on their own unhappy experiences) only for it to be thrown back at them, and making them feel foolish.

There has been the rare occasion when the "troll" card is played too early, and the OP turns out to be genuine. But these are totally outweighed by the scenario I have outlined above.

*in this case, I don't know if the OP is Petemcc aka, aka, aka..........

No, I think his girlfriend was a nurse working in the military hospital as a Major, out ranking all the doctors who were only able to muster the ranks of Captain. I think he was an ex, policeman, prison warder and nurse as well . Or am I getting confused.? So many.
Ageing is a privilige denied to many .

I haven't quite worked out if the title of this topic is asking if the original post itself is a scam, ...... or the girl detailed within it (is scamming). :?

My scepticism is usually aroused when a Newbie pops up from nowhere and with his first post presents an unusually complex story. (And presumably as a Newbie has only just discovered this forum). :? No gradual feeling the way, but simply comes in with all guns firing type of thing. So ok I'm a bit cynical. It's based on experience.

The scenario with previous trolls has tended to be that they quickly demonstrate more knowledge than they at first lead us to believe they had, then subsequently throw in a few more twists and turns (to the story) to keep the audience hooked, or in the case of the legendary petemcc, responded by slagging off everyone who sought to give him sound advice and more usually ramming that advice back down their throats along with a barrage of choice four letter words. Thus I have been watching this thread to see if either of those developments arose. :-$

I understand that in another place pete has vowed "never to join that nonsense forum (UM) again", disregarding the small fact that he has been banned twice (at least).

We can only hope he is a man of his word. :D

So, the short story is that most members of the Puckering Old Sphincters Defence League don't like getting their leg pulled. Let's see now... Agony Aunt FAIL!

But, as the fairy named Nuff said...

However, weren't any of you just a tad interested to find out if the OP's brother wasn't really on holiday but was trialling for Scunthorpe ahead of the transfer window or in Cairo with some of his mufti mates teaching them how to drive trucks proper or in deep cover over somewhere in deepest Isaan trying to infiltrate the self-styled Troll Outing Department of some internet forum for the less busy?

The Relationships sub-forum is devoid of anything pithy for our agony aunts IMHO. Has been that way since... since someone else stopped copy/pasting from stickmanbangkok. Or since the last troll was outed. Seems like anyway.

Now Frans, not only am I clueless about Vicky and her questionable arts and dubious abilities but totally lost when it's specifically "Vicky from N;;; P?" Can you at least provide a UM map reference and/or a pixelated picture (to protect the innocent)?

I guess a positive I can take from this is I can safely tell the unbelievably young, incredibly beautiful and amazingly talented Mrs Tamada that she truly has the one-in-half-a-dozen farang who categorically does not loo mahk.

Apparently (and it will come as no surprise to most) Pete/rodgerdoger/bryzor/etc/etc...... has been banned on another Udon-related forum. :D

One can only share his disappointment in being unable to continue with (to paraphrase the words of another) "coming to Udon with a wallet full of cash, and then going onto a forum and consistently posting what a sex god you are". :D

So, is this 'other' Udon forum any better? Are the troll-outers any sadder? Are you allowed to name it or is does that earn one getting your tongue ripped out and buried in a sand bar in the Mekhong in April? Does admitting membership get people crossing the street to avoid you or checking their bins and leaving when you come into the bar?

I have sad news for you Mr Pratt. I have met rogerdoger and I found him to be a pleasant and happy individual who likes a bit of a laugh. I asked him in all seriousness which board names he was other than rogerdoger and he told me only biscuit and petemcc. He denied being bryzor saying something like ' the c..t is on drugs or something but it's not me'
He told me he posts on Udon Talk as other names but wouldn't reveal them, so I think you have that one wrong reference bryzor etc etc. However I also met someone who explained to me exactly what you are like and it was not very flattering, to the extent that BM's had exchanged your address and exact location, by PM in the hope that one or the other of them would pay you a visit. You are not a well liked man Mr Pratt and throwing stones in glasshouses isn't clever.
