English speaking Thai manager wanted.

I am looking for a Thai manager for my coffee shop in Udon Thani. You must be able to speak English well enough to communicate with me about the daily workings of the shop. Your main duties will be as follows:

1) Managing the staff of 5 personnel (all Thai). This includes assigning duties and ensuring that they are completed properly.

2) Performing a weekly inventory of stock.

3) Assisting with the preparing and serving of beverages (no experience is necessary in this regards, as training will be provided).

4) Keeping me updated as to any problems in the daily operations, including problems with staff.

This job is 6 days per week, and the hours vary based on the shift you are working that day.
Salary will be based on experience.

Hi,
Can you tell me where your coffee shop is situated in Udon ?
My wife might be interested.She speaks english and lived with me in England for 2 years.
In that time she worked as a breakfast waitress at the Holiday Inn and,ocassionally,as a waitress at a local Thai restaurant so she is used to dealing with foreigners.
Also she did an English Language course at a local college.
We have been back in Udon for over two years now and I think she is getting a little bored as a housewife and looking for some employment.

The coffee shop is located in UD Town, next to Chester's Grill. The name of the shop is Wawee coffee. If she is interested, just PM me with the contact info, and we can set a time to meet and talk.

The hours are also negotiable, as this could be handled as a part time position.
