I can't say for sure, however, I think they're around the 400-500bt per night mark or less for long-term rental.

at the mouth of soi 5 you can see their yellow sign (thai language) but the mansion isn't easily seen from
adulyadet rd. i stopped there last year to ask and i think i was told 8-9k per month. needs verification.

many rooms breaking out with mould in the bathrooms.

ants are also frequent problem.

the staff are closely linked to the local cunstabulary.

Suksan has refreshed the shower floor, now the tile is completely new. Although only 3 years passed from the completion of construction, the manager's decision is so quick.

I can recommend this Hotel. Was there recently. Friendly staff. Free Coffee. Good value received for 350 Baht.
