Just to give some comments related to pricing.

1. Price depends on buyers. More makes more price.
2. Location and distance to filling land location can make a big difference. That is one reason why I do not make any silly posting related to phone numbers. Our land is located east from Udon and can make local prices high for you. One way is to stop one truck which is delivering land nearby and ask price and phone number. So do we now.
3. Compare price and also what you get. Quality of land, truck size and the whole package can variate. One truck can mean 5 tons or 10 tons and it makes a big difference.

We just bought 2 trucks of sand and it costed 1 200 thb. Price was ok, because trucks were not smallest ones. This is just my opinion and I have now yet bough more than almost 500 trucks of land. So I am not very good in this yet.

Thana Home Estates in process of bringing in truck loads of soil to build up some of the plots. Asked the owner and he said he was paying 500 baht a truck load. Can't tell you the weight but full size dump trucks. If you contact him I'm sure he would be of assistance.

Stop a local truck, make sure what kind of earth they are moving - soil is fine for the main fill but the top level should comprise small stones to prevent and subsidence / sinking in.

It is a reason size and depth if you need a better approximate size I will measure for you, land size is 260 x 24 meters has a small Thai house on about one third of it so it is a reasonable size fill, so if you need something more accurate let me know or pm me, thanks
