i am sorry to hear story like this but there are many good thai girl out there ... I understand that some thai woman really put themselves down no respect for themselves boundaries nor limit ...

At the end of the day you got to take em at face value some are good some are bad I feel for you morti you must be at wits end. Can't offer any advice as this can happen to anyone. Puts the old blame on the thai trust again to which the question is can you realy trust them lets have a Poll.

Sorry to hear this. If there is a wide age gap you can be sure it will not be about love, but financial security, and if a better financial option lands on the table...well...you can kiss love goodbye.

I agree with Laan Yaa Mo.
A relationship for most Thai women is not based on love, but financial security. If a better financial option lands on the table, the odds are that its goodbye to the relationship. She will run to the money, even leaving her children behind. Immediate financial windfall trumps everything else; greed is a cruel master.
The unfortunate thing is that there are so many falang buffalos willing to be doormats and walking ATMs. Unless this changes there is no reason for the Thai psyche/behavior to change. We are our own worst enemy.
Not all Thai women operate from this mindset, but the odds are against the falang to find a good one. Best of luck to those who are looking for " love" in LOS. It's possible but not often probable.
