I agree with this post. In fact, I think the smart thing to do would be to stay away from the 1-2 million baht crowd and go after a higher level of clientele. Create a nice surrounding area and high quality living space with REAL security/service and they will sell like hotcakes. People with brains/money want quality/service and will pay for it. Let the 1 million baht crowd stay in their 3,000 baht a month fan rooms; they would prove to be a headache in the long run anyway.Farangdk wrote:Dear Khun Aardvark.

For my sake could it be in the middle of the runway at the Udorn airport. I think where ever the condo complex would be laying inside or close to Udon, all real estate agents would love to have it on their list. And I personally think that a 100 SQM ,2 bedroom unit in luxury at 2 Mill THB would be easy to sell. Maybe even a little bit more than the 2 Mill.. There is a marked for it in Udon.
But, what do I know......I've only been in property management/ownership for 20+ years.
