The Udonmap.com Forumites Monthly Meetings - 2006
My apologies for not attending despite my promise to be there. Came into town about midday , fully expecting to be there until about midnight, however about 2.00pm I developed a running stomache which got progressively worse as the day wore on. About 5.30 gave in and headed home, couldn't face all those 3bht charges to use the hong nam all night.Glad you all enjoyed yourselves though.

I guess you mean at the Night Market, as opposed to at the Downunder bar! At the Downunder bar they were all Aussies and Brits , at least until until LA and Pops showed up.I think this was the first time, since being in Thailand, that in a group setting, all the falangs were Americans! Not sure what importance that has to anything, but it was an enjoyable experience none the less!
Cliff proceeded to take on allcomers at pool, (until he got the 'call'! ) but had an unfair advantage as he was dazzling the opposition with his grin!! Ree had to put her sunglasses on!
Well with the increasing number of dog owners I suppose there will be a need for more vetsBKKSTAN wrote:A good thing ,I hopemuscle wrote:There are a few of us Yanks in town. it was another pleasant evening, especially the night market pre-meeting. as stan pointed out in other thread, "why go anywhere else", love the eye candy, and if the ladies get bored with the chit chatting, they can always go shopping, lol.
nice to meet new faces, ctm, aussieboy and others. till next month, hopefully school break will be the 2nd weekend, as hate to miss, they are getting a consistantly good showing of friends and new faces.
