For my sake could it be in the middle of the runway at the Udorn airport. I think where ever the condo complex would be laying inside or close to Udon, all real estate agents would love to have it on their list. And I personally think that a 100 SQM ,2 bedroom unit in luxury at 2 Mill THB would be easy to sell. Maybe even a little bit more than the 2 Mill.. There is a marked for it in Udon.
I agree with this post. In fact, I think the smart thing to do would be to stay away from the 1-2 million baht crowd and go after a higher level of clientele. Create a nice surrounding area and high quality living space with REAL security/service and they will sell like hotcakes. People with brains/money want quality/service and will pay for it. Let the 1 million baht crowd stay in their 3,000 baht a month fan rooms; they would prove to be a headache in the long run anyway.

But, what do I know......I've only been in property management/ownership for 20+ years.

The condo developer has put together a simple survey to give them a better understanding what customers require from the project. If you're interested in purchasing a condo in the future please take a few minutes to fill out the form, your confidentiality is assured, survey responses can be filled in anonymously if required.

On behalf of the developer I'd like to say a big thanks to everyone who has taken their time to fill in the survey, your feedback is very useful.

I should have some 3D visualizations to post over the next couple of weeks and detailed building specs.

I was wondering why the developer is remaining anonymous?

I too am intrigued by the possibility of a quality condo vs. owning/renting a more traditional house. Location is of paramount importance to us. To be near the center of town and all that it has to offer would be preferred. Hope our responses to the survey will be considered along with all others who participated. We look forward to hearing more positive news about this and other developments.

I will be surprised if an Udon Thani condo price can be lower than 40,000 baht per square meter, if a reasonably upscale building in a good location near city center, with nice surroundings created, ample parking for cars, etc.

Of course much is subjective, different buyers have different values. 4 million baht for 100 square meters would be good value for the right lifestyle.

Time will tell!

Each sponsor has their own dedicated thread to advertise their business. Some businesses choose to manage their own thread and use it as a tool to promote their business while some prefer us to manage it on their behalf.

The condo developer is Thai and lacks the English skills necessary to communicate effectively on the forum. Therefore I have stepped in to give them a helping hand. ;)

The condo project is in the very early stages of development so details are limited at this stage. As soon as more information is available I will be posting it here.

So far there has been an overwhelming amount of interest in this project and I really appreciate everyones feedback via pm, email and on-line survey. All feedback is being forwarded to the developer.

The wheels are in motion. There will be an article about the project in Magazine issue 18 along with artists impressions of the condos. I'll update this thread when I have more information.

Are there completed projects built by the same developer? If so, where? Thanks!

This is the initial design concept of the building exterior, as you can see the lobby area is on the left, swimming pool to the right, visitor parking at the front, and resident parking underneath the building. I will post more advanced design concepts as I get them.

The company building the project is Engineering House, they have worked with most major house builders in the area as well their own private projects, however this will be the first condo project they have worked on.
