There is a girl with a stall on the landing of the Post Office in Wattana Nuwong Road selling golf shorts for 199 baht.
Have a good range of sizes for the fatter b@stard, and made in the patterns golfers love, like Rupert bears trousers.

Hi Guys. Even though im not living in Udon yet can i still come and play when i vist? I have house and family in Nong Sang. I will be visiting in March /April 2012. I have plans to live in Udon when i retire in 2013...My H/c is now 8. I am married to thai girl and my age is 58.

Hi Rob, when your over in 2012 your more than welcome to play in Society events as a guest. I found it a good way of meeting people and having contacts for when I eventually moved over here.
P.S. I think you'll have to work on that handicap.

Hi Graham, the society's next meeting is at Wing 23, next Monday. We generally meet up around 8.00am for an 8.30pm start.

Hi Galee, many thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I am not yet retired and have to go to Korea on business next Sunday for a week. I also have to go back to my company office in the UK for a couple of weeks, in fact from now until end of September I am going to be out of Thailand a lot. Might be best if I can contact you again the week before I can play on the following Monday. Would I ask for you (Galee?) when I come to an event?
