This is a TRUE story. Three weeks ago i had the Internet Connected to my home. on that day they could not get it to operate, so I was told they would come back on the next day to solve the problem. They finally arrived ay 2.oopm on the next day and after two hours the connection was completed. I would have thought that it would be good to have a contract for access to the Internet 24/7. However on Wednesday 17-8-2011 I lost connection, so after 14 hours waiting for it to reconnection I decided at 9.00am to call the company to report I had no access to their Internet. at 2.30 in the afternoon a service man came to look and after 20 minutes he told me that the ROUTER was at fault and told me that I had to go to their Office in Centra Plaza and exchange the Router myself at no cost to me. I would have thought that this was a part of Customer Service which obviously is non existant. what a joke, so be warned that if you want a connection with a service for fault of their equipment then take notice of this TRUE story

No TOT lines where I live but have internet with TOT connected to the nearby tower. Just under 500 baht a month works fine. Most of the time.

Are you sure that service is non-existent? I might be worth a trip down there if it gets you your internet service back. By the way, -just curious, how did you get on to post this? I have BBB and TOT and am disappointed with both of them. The outside service people from both organizations seem to be competent and well-meaning, how could you ask for a better combination (your mileage may vary). One of them even came by house with his daughter in tow on his day off to check and see if my problems had cleared up. I would not be too quick to discount the word of one of their outside service people.
