I think it's something to do with the amount of sand that the workers are leaving up and down the road from the local building site.

It would appear that the team that played for the Honey box for the last half dozen games is no more due to circumstance's beyond our control. It is rumored that a new team has been put in place, if this is the case will the points earned so far be scrubbed as this new team has not earned them, and its not fair if they are placed halfway up the league when they have not played for the ist 5-6 games to earn those points.

Why scrub their points off the board? Those points were earned by a team playing for that bar, and even if the team members have now been changed they will still represent that bar... so effectively the original players of that bar have simply 'passed the baton' to the new players.

The original team earned those points by spending money every Tuesday and coming back from hard defeats, not so another team can claim those points. In any game you earn your points there not given to you. Do the right thing and make them start from the beginning, like the original team did.

What you are suggesting is not in the rules of the league. You can't change the rules mid season.

Really? I wish it was that easy vlad... so how much money must be spent on a Tuesday in order to earn an extra point? and as for 'coming back from hard defeats'... the only 'come back' I've seen by the Honey Box bar, has been over the past 2 weeks (4 points in 2 matches). Likewise, the only 'hard defeats' I see were during the first 7 weeks of play (3 points in 7 matches).

yes i was Stevo. To answer a few of your points you spend money going out to play pool. i could have saved stayed in and saved petrol. 1 heavy defeat or 10 defeats it doesn't matter we were off to a bad start and we had turned the corner as to being the whipping boys.
Would you sit back and let someone else take the glory come the end of the season ?? when you had put them in a safe position, Don't get me wrong its not sour grapes as i can play for another team, but my loyalties are to the original team members and i will not play for another team.
